Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

1 cup plain natural yoghurt

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup sultanas

⅓ cup dried apricots

2 cups milk (oat, soy or full cream)

Method

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine.

2. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours so oats can soak up milk and soften.

3. Serve cold with honey, additional fruit (grated apple, blueberries, strawberries), or just leave plain.
