Vegie Slice

Ingredients

1 x onion finely diced

6 x shortcut bacon rashers finely diced

1 x clove garlic finely diced

1 x zucchini grated

1 x carrot grated

1 cup SR Flour

5 eggs

½ cup oil

½ cup cheese






Vegie Slice
Method

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced.

2. Grease a fluted round pan or fluted slice pan.

3. Fry onion, bacon and garlic in a fry pan then put aside in a bowl to cool.

4. Add all other ingredients into a separate bowl and mix well.

5. Add cooled bacon, onion and garlic mix to other ingredients.

6. Pour mixture into pan and smooth surface.

7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
